Harold is solution focused. That means he recognizes that past difficulties can’t be changed and instead focuses on the here and now. He helps you do the same. He takes his patients through their own life experiences in order to properly diagnose issues. OCD and anxiety is a disorder, but it is not a disease, and Harold helps his patients in Bala Cynwyd and Philadelphia realize that.

Harold’s CBT training and treatment for anxiety and OCD help you better understand and effectively manage your sometimes unaccommodating reactions to everyday life. He gives you the tools and confidence to face each day with renewed strength and understanding. He helps you achieve acceptance and a desire to move forward with a life you want and value now.

We have a choice to change. Through groups and cognitive behavioral therapy in Bala Cynwyd, Harold is an OCD treatment specialist that conditions his patients to look at themselves and really observe their behaviors to make the necessary changes in order to overcome your anxiety disorder and learn to appreciate life.

Experience

Harold is a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist with over 20 years CBT training and clinical experience treating anxiety disorders and depression.
